Cordova Athletic Club (CAC) is a fifty thousand square foot multi-purpose, family-oriented facility nestled on four acres in a quiet cove in the heart of Cordova, Tennessee. It is conveniently located just one block off Germantown Parkway, the main artery through Cordova, with a stoplight for easy access from the north or south.

At CAC you will find a clean facility where service is more than just a word and where honesty and integrity govern the way all of our business is conducted.

We have over a dozen full-time personal trainers that are either degreed, certified or both. They are personable, knowledgeable, and energetic and guarantee results toward our client’s goals. Their times are flexible to meet the needs and times of our clients.

Our staff and members have access to the newest, most extensive, and largest variety of equipment in the area from the top manufacturers in the industry. Precor, Cybex, Life Fitness and Nordic Trac are in the cardio area. Hammer Strength, Icarian and Ivanco are the brands you will find in the free weight and plate-loaded section. We feature a full line of Cybex in selectorized machines and are the only facility in the area to have a full line of Free Motions’ new cable line of selectorized machines that have taken the industry by storm.

Our group fitness staff is second to none. They are creative, energetic and very motivating. We offer the most variety and largest number of classes in the market. All classes are also included in your membership and many are co-ed. Kickboxing and our new “Body Blast” (cardio and strength) classes are extremely popular with both sexes. Water aerobics and Senior Strength classes are consistently strong. Swim lessons are taught year round by Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructors and our Masters Swim Program is quite active.

CAC has some very spirited pickup basketball games during “long lunches” four days a week and a couple of evenings during the week. All ages can be found running the hardwood at our club.
